Terms
We accept Cash or Cheque on
the Event Day, or Electronic Payment within 7 days from Event Date,
please make Cheques payable to ‘Falconry UK’.
We accept PayPal, £1.50 per
booking must be added to cover PayPal charges.
Event
Set Up Terms
For a Static Display, we
require 30 minutes to setup, this is when we can park our trailer
next to where the setup will take place, we must be advised prior to
the event if this is not possible, so more time can be allocated. If
our setup position changes prior to the event, again we must be
informed to the change i.e. if its hard or soft surface, as this
will change the type of perches we will bring along.
Event
Booking Cancellation Terms
As you can appreciate, we
are in high demand and once your booking has been confirmed, we will
turn away any subsequent bookings for your date.
Our Terms and Conditions
state that acceptance of this email means that,
in turn you accept our Booking Cancellation Terms.
Cancellation More than 60
Days Prior to the Event – No Charge
Cancellation 60-30 Days
Prior to the Event – 50% of the Booking fee payable to us
Cancellation Less than 30
Days Prior to the Event – 100% of the booking fee payable to us
Handling Experience Terms
We are not an Open Falconry
Centre, all Bird of Prey Handling Experiences are done on our
Private Property, some of the Bird of Prey flying Experiences may be
done at another venue, our property is situated on split levels so
proper footwear is advise.
On the day of your Experience, only people
booked onto the course will be eligible to stay.
If you wish Family or Friends to view your
Experience we Charge £10 per person (maximum of 4 people), there
will also be a chance on the day for your Family or Friends to
upgrade to an Experience Package at a discounted price, so they can
also handle and fly the birds, no other spectators allowed.
Please be aware your course is an outdoor
activity, so please dress accordingly i.e. Warm Clothes, Jacket in
case it rains and wellington boots.
We cannot be responsible for any clothing
that gets dirty.
Our Gift Cards are not transferable and no
refunds are available and dates may be subject to change.
By
Booking in a date with us means you are agreeing to our Terms &
Conditions.
